The Service is an independent resource and is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) or any other government agency.
TCEQ is the official authority for Texas occupational licensing requirements, examinations, renewals, training approvals, continuing education requirements, and regulatory interpretations.
Information presented through the Service should not replace official TCEQ information, correspondence, rules, regulations, or instructions.
Users are responsible for verifying licensing requirements and deadlines directly with TCEQ before making licensing, training, renewal, examination, or employment decisions.
No Guarantee of License Eligibility

Course schedules, prices, availability, approval status, and credit hours may change without notice. Users should verify course information directly with the training provider and TCEQ before registering or relying on a course for licensing or continuing education credit.
The Service does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, pricing, approval status, or suitability of any third-party course.
User Accounts and Information
Certain features may allow users to enter or store information including name, email address, license numbers, license classes, license expiration dates, continuing education hours, completed courses, training records, and licensing goals.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into the Service is accurate and current.
The Service should not be treated as the user's official licensing record. Users should retain official certificates, transcripts, TCEQ correspondence, licenses, and other licensing documentation.
Renewal and Expiration Reminders
