Built for Texas operators

About Water Ops License Track

Water Ops License Track is a purpose-built compliance companion for Texas water and wastewater operators who hold a TCEQ operator license. The app helps operators at every Class D through Class A level keep their licensure on track by centralizing the things that are easy to lose to spreadsheets: renewal countdowns, continuing education unit (CEU) logs, operating-experience timelines, and TCEQ rule updates.

Members can import an official TCEQ transcript and have courses turned into structured CEU records, see exactly which hours still count toward their current three-year renewal window, and receive a personalized roadmap that spells out the next prerequisite, exam, or training course needed to advance to the next license class. The app also surfaces TCEQ-approved training recommendations and a searchable map of Texas exam testing locations, so operators can find the right course or test site without guesswork.

Water Ops License Track is built and maintained by Lone Star WaterOps Training, a Texas-based team focused on making operator licensing clearer, calmer, and more reliable. Our guidance is based on TCEQ rules, and we always encourage members to verify details directly with TCEQ.
